Refund policy
Our personalised items are designed with your personalised touches to make them uniquely yours and therefore we do not accept cancellations once work has been started, returns, exchanges, or refunds.
We'd appreciate your order before you purchasing to ensure everything is correct.
However, if you encounter any misprints, damages or errors caused by us, kindly contact us right away. When reaching out, please attach a photo of the item(s) and a brief description of the issue so that we can make it right.
We aim for high quality items and trust you never need to return an item, however, should this not be the case, we would ask that after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, you item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt of proof of purchase.
Returns
To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, the customer is expected to cover the cost of returning the item(s) in perfect condition. The item will need to be sent by tracked delivery to ensure we receive it. If after inspection by Creative Meraki Gifts, and if there is any damage to the item, then no refund will be given. We would charge for redelivery back to the customer in this case.
If you are returning part or all of your order, please include your name and order number so we can process the return smoothly.
Customer satisfaction is our biggest priority so if there is an issue, we want to make sure it is resolved and that you are happy with your purchase.

Damages and issues
On receiving your order, should you find that the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assist in resolving this.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will refund the amount paid for the item less any postage and packaging costs on the original order. Any requests to return needs to be made within 7 days of delivery. The refund will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
