Order Processing Times

Our order processing time is 5-7 business days between an order being placed and being despatch.  This can depend on demand at the time and whether it includes any personalised products.  Please bear this in mind if you have a delivery deadline.

Should you require a quicker turnaround, once you have placed your order, please contact us with your order number and we will try our very best to speed up processing your order.

Delivery Details

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order.  This is your responsibility.

If for any reason this is incorrect, please send us an email as soon as possible after placing your order, however, there is no guarantee that should this be received after a certain point in the fulfilment process, we will be unable to amend any details.

If your order has already been despatched, it will have to be returned to us before we can resend it.  There may be an admin cost incurred in the event of this and we will not be able to refund the original shipping cost paid.  Please check your details carefully when you purchase.
